In collaboration with Maven Communications, we produced a multi-part video series featuring Kleinbard's top legal strategists. The first series explained complex legal topics related to mergers and acquisitions, including succession planning and business selling. The second series focused on education law. These episodes addressed how school policies should reflect state legislation to protect students against bullying and how families can ensure that reported bullying is heard and addressed adequately from a legal perspective. We also filmed a third, panel-style video highlighting the importance of securing trusted legal counsel during election season. This side-by-side panel format allowed for a dynamic and engaging discussion among experts.
