On Thursday, July 23rd, the Philadelphia City Commissioners hosted a Between the Ballots community event at the Fourth District Satellite Office in West Philly. This pop-up was part of a larger free, community-centered summer engagement series that brings civic energy to neighborhoods across the city. The series encourages voter participation and raises awareness for the upcoming midterm election.

Working alongside Maven Communications and the Philadelphia City Commissioners communications team, we produced a same-day press package, created a branded sizzle reel highlighting the event and thanking partners for Instagram, and built a content library for the 2026 Philly Votes midterm election social campaign.
